Pre Christmas

For FHE Dan and I exchanged our Christmas gifts to each other and we let Bekam open a couple of his presents as well (to save on trunk space). Here is Bekam enjoying his new stuff. This is the inside "trunk or treat" that our committee put together for our ward. Bekam was a turtle, but he wouldn't leave the head piece on. I was watching some of Dan's family home videos and came across this one of Dan and his good friend Nick. This was an extra credit assignment they did in like 7th grade. I about peed my pants I was laughing so hard. I had to post it because I knew Nick's wife Maegan would die when she saw it too. Maegan I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Never a dull moment

Here are just a few random pics from the last few weeks of Bekam and all of the fun and hilarious things he does. He figured out how he could get his own drink of water...who needs a sippy cup? Playing around with dad's safety glasses...he thought he was pretty cool. He is turning into such a big kid! Eating cereal all by himself. Last night I was cooking dinner and I look over and he had somehow gotten himself and his stuffed animals in the basket.Bekam was watching "Cars" with his favorite bud Cookie Monster and decided that Cookie needed some crackers too. He kept putting them in one at a time and then saying, "mmmmm."

Here is Bekam taking a break from his sticker book to bust a move. He would get so excited when everyone would cheer. He would start yelling and clapping his hands too.

Oh the places you'll go

Last weekend was pretty eventful...We went to a WSU football game over in Pullman. We took Bekam with us and he actually did pretty good. We brought his sticker book and some snacks and that kept him pretty busy most of the time. We only stayed for an hour and a half, but it was still really fun. We also went to the Latah county fair (it's no Blackfoot fair, but you take what you can get). We thought Bekam would love seeing all of the animals, but he was pretty unsure of them. These are some little piglets that were the cutest things I have ever seen...I tried to get a picture of their ginormous mother but my battery died right as a took it. Poor Bekam did not like the sheep at all, if you couldn't tell by the terrified look on his face.

Boys will be boys!

Here is the sweet fort that Dan put up for he and Bekam last Sunday. Bekam wasn't sure what Dan was doing at first so he would follow right behind him and pull the blankets down, he thought that was a pretty fun game. The next set of pictures speak for themselves, as you can see Bekam can now reach the cutting board. He decided to reach up and pull the pizza pan down that was on the cutting board and there went dinner all over the floor. Thank goodness I hadn't baked it yet so the pan wasn't hot and dinner was still salvageable. The mixture of food flying and a pan crashing to the ground scared the poor little guy, so here is his sad little face after it happened.
